I often say that we are so lucky here in Suffolk to have so many beautiful locations, right on our doorstep, some of which we just do not know exist.
Its always really lovely to receive kind words from my wedding clients and the note I received following Erika & Nathan's Ipswich Waterfront Wedding in Suffolk was no different.
Like many of the couples I have the pleasure to work with, Erika & Nathan didn't feel that comfortable having their photographs taken before working with me. When we think back to the last professional photographs we've had of ourselves before our wedding, it may not have been since our school days in some cases, and so of course, its natural to feel a little apprehensive.
It was an absolute honour to recently document Kerry & Graham's beautiful Suffolk countryside wedding in stunning Thorpeness. You may well remember their recent engagement shoot, also in this pretty coastal town and it was back here once more that I travelled for their wedding celebrations on a gorgeous saturday in May. The pretty countryside church ceremony was followed by a super-relaxed reception at The Dolphin Inn just down the road. The day basked in the beautiful seasonal spring tones of the styling which was a perfect match for the surroundings. The day was also infused with an international flavour with the evening celebrations including a traditional South African 'Braai' BBQ dining experience.
It has been a real pleasure to get to know Kerry & Graham and play a small part in their big day. They are such a wonderful pair and I really do wish them every happiness together.
